Designed and blended specially for The Midland hotel in Manchester, this limited tea blend is a nod to the history of The Midland as the northern end of the London Railway Line. Inspired by great British railway travels, of gentlemen in top hats, cigars and whiskey in hand, this is a smoky blend of premium black tea and whiskey.
Brewing: 1 teaspoon/cup. Water temperature 100˚C. Infuse 4 minutes.
